Human liver microsomes (HLMs) and the 12 recombinant human UGT isoforms (UGT1A1, UGT1A4, UGT1A6, UGT1A7, UGT1A8, UGT1A9, UGT1A10, UGT2B4, UGT2B7, UGT2B10, UGT2B15, and UGT2B17) were purchased from BD Gentest (Woburn, USA). Amentoflavone, nilotinib, fluconazole, magnolol, niflumic acid, hecogenin, glycyrrhetinic acid, and UDP-glucuronic acid (UDPGA) were from Topscience Co., Ltd. (Shanghai, China). MTT and Rifampicin were purchased from LABLEAD Inc. (Beijing, China). CellTrace TM Red CMTPX, LysoTracker Red DND-99, MitoTracker Red CMXRos, ER-Tracker Red were from Solarbio Science & Technology Co., Ltd. (Beijing, China). Cell culture dishes/plates, 20-mm glass-bottom dishes, and centrifuge tubes were obtained from NEST Biotechnology Co. Ltd. CCK8 were purchased from Beijing Chengzhikewei Biotechnology Co., Ltd. 96-hole cell culture plate, flat bottom, TC treatment were purchased from SORFA Life Science. Certified Fetal Bovine Serum, FBS were purchased from (VivaCell, Shanghai, China). Dylight 594, Rabbit Anti-Goat IgG were purchased from Abbkine. Human GAPDH (Glyceraldehyde-3-Phosphate Dehydrogenase) Antibody were purchased from (Hengyuan, Shanghai, China).
